Catherine says... “In the last two years we have dressed over 300 bridal parties, and in those two years I can remember each of my customers. I recently met a lady from America who is marrying her British fiance, and we got on so well that we would like to remain friends. We try to be as friendly as possible with all our customers so that they can feel comfortable whilst they are in our shop, because whilst they are comfortable they can make clear decisions and feel happy.
